The Mobile FIX-A-JAMB is designed for manufactured home or interior doors that are 1-3/8-inches thick. The part is designed to fit the standard "Elixir" style manufactured home doors. The mobile home door frame repair design fully covers any damage to give you the clean, finished look that our customers have come to expect.
These pieces are made of 18 gauge galvanized steel and are 40 inches long and are secured using 7 3-1/2" screws. If you have 15 minutes and a screwdriver, you can repair and reinforce a damaged door frame or jamb. While FIX-A-JAMB will make your jamb stronger, it only receives our Silver Protection designation because other parts on your door will break if kicked.
